1. Where is 89er Balloons Located?
We are a home-based business, located in Oklahoma City, OK.
2. What areas do you serve?
Our primary service area is the greater Oklahoma City area, including the suburbs. If your event is elsewhere in Oklahoma, call us anyway. We can make exceptions, depending on the event.
For arrangement deliveries, we only deliver to NW Okla. City addresses
during certain times.
3. If you don't serve my area, then what?
Don't worry. We belong to the Central Oklahoma Qualatex Balloon Network, with Certified Balloon Artist members
from Lawton to Enid. As members ourselves, 89er Balloons cooperates with these CBAs on a variety of projects year-round. And we can refer you to these qualified professionals with confidence.
4. I'm sold. What do you need from me?
Above all, we will need all the details (date, time, place, color scheme, theme). Then call us at
405-604-9802. We will set up a consultation with you at the event venue, and discuss your plans. We then calculate the materials, labor, and other expenses, and then call you with our quote
5. How do I book with 89er Balloons?
We will provide you with a written contract, detailing everything. When the contract is signed, we will ask for a non-refundable
retainer fee of 1/2 the total price, to allow us to order the materials. Final payment shall be due 10 days prior to the event. We accept cash,
checks, and all major credit cards. You will receive a receipt on all payments.
6. What am I Paying For?
You are BUYING the balloons, helium, labor, transportation, and setup of your balloon decor. You are RENTING any hardware capital we need, like bases, poles, frames, and effects devices. After your party, we will arrange for pickup of these items.
7. Can I make changes?
Yes, but please understand that it can be difficult to order supplies from time to time. So with this in mind, we must have the booking finalized at the time of final payment. No changes are permitted within 10 days of the event.
8. Do you do outdoor decorating?
Yes we do. But please note that Latex balloons can fade in a hot Oklahoma sun. And when the wind comes sweeping down the plain, so do balloons. 89er Balloons will do everything possible to ensure a quality outdoor project, but due to the unpredictable nature of outdoor conditions, we are unable to guarantee the appearance of our
outdoor work for any length of time.
9. What about cancellations?
Cancellation fees will apply.
