The balloon costume you see here is a fine example of 89er Balloons' creativity. The outfit was part of a parade float.
We spent hours with our client in planning, practice, and choreographing this project before the final product was chosen. Not only did our costume have to fit and function, but we were also faced with factors beyond our control, like summer heat and humidity.
