Advance Notice Required - 89er Balloons must have a minimum of 48-hours advance time on all deliveries, so that we may ensure we have the necessary supplies for your custom Delivery.

All deliveries must be pre-paid. 89er Balloons accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards, both credit and debit, so you can easily pre-pay your delivery order.

Delivery Times - our delivery time is in the afternoon hours, between 12-noon and 4pm.

Delivery Area - 89er Balloons can only deliver to recipients in Oklahoma County in Central Oklahoma.

Hospital / Medical Center Deliveries - due to latex allergy issues, 89er Balloons is prohibited from delivering latex balloon items to these places. If you wish to send a Get Well greeting to a patient, we require you to wait until your loved one is recovering at home.

Minimum order - $40.00. Most of our delivery items fit this rule anyway.

Helium Floating Time - 89er Balloons uses Ultra Hi-Float helium flight extender for all delivery items that are helium-filled. In most cases, these balloons will float for over one week in indoor, room-temperature conditions.

8. Foil Balloon Policy - All 89er foil (mylar) balloons will be attached to a weight, to prevent accidental outdoor release.
