A former travel agent, with over 14 years with some of the city's finest agencies, Radar discovered balloon decor in 1996 as a staff member with Party America stores (thanks Tammy). He started 89er Balloons in 2000, and has delighted clients ever since. Radar specializes in high-speed balloon production and large-scale sculpture.

Relocated to OKC from Albuquerque in 1999, Jackie brings to the table 20 years of marketing knowledge with The Washington Post. She coordinates our work schedule, photography, and is simply great with our centerpieces. In talking with Jackie, you'll find out that she is quite imaginative.
